Great experience, great communication, friendly and fast

Perfect getaway for a couple. Great and convenient location. Well stocked with everything you need, clean and all kept.

I was pleased working with Donna. Had a little trouble getting emails, but that was probably on my end. She was responsive and answered my questions.

Sweet water team was awesome! Would def rent from this company again!

Everything was spotless upon arrival. The snacks and upstairs area was a huge hit with our 9 & 10 year old.

Everything was top notch!! We will be back undoubtedly and will be staying at this cabin if available.

The property was nice and clean. The area was secluded with pine trees surrounding it. Very happy with our experience. Loved the double sided fireplace, dining on the deck and the fire pit. Watch out for the wooden frame of the bed.

Lovely experience! Felt like we were a world away but could walk to get coffee, etc! Will definitely come back!

The members were wonderful. We honestly didnt have any questions for concerns because they were so great at sending us cabin information.

The lucky rooster was perfect. We went for a moms trip and we highly enjoyed it! We really didnt even leave the cabin! There was so much to do there. Hot tub, bond fire, pool table, etc...

They were immediate in all communications, very responsive, very nice.

We want to keep coming back! we loved the cabin and the location. the wooded privacy off the back porch made for an excellent spot for my morning coffee and my wife's morning meditations.

Donna was very prompt in responding to all our questions and needs.

I loved Dirt Road mansion. It had the perfect space for our entire party. The only suggestion that I might throw in would be to add some kind of bar area down closer to the fire pit. It would be the perfect detail to add on to the cabin! Thank you for the good time! Memories we're made that me and my family will never forget.

Donna was very accommodating and helpful.

We hosted our 4 adult children, their spouses and our grandkids for a 3 day weekend getaway. It was one of the sweetest and most enjoyable times we have had as a family. So relaxing and fun to be together. Perfect for what we needed! We all had a great time, hanging out, cooking together, enjoyed the hot tub, playground, fire pit and the weather was perfect! We will be back for sure!

Cabin was perfect. We had 18 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very well kept property. Would highly recommend this cabin.

River was our housekeeper and did a fantastic job. The cabin was very clean and even smelled clean when we arrived. Very appreciated, especially nowadays.

10/10 would recommend, we didnt want to leave!!

It was perfect for a honeymoon getaway. So nice to just relax and enjoy time together with a beautiful view as well.

I enjoyed the email updates about our cabin. The cabin was set up perfectly for us including the adorable swan towels on our bed! I took pictures! Everything ran so smoothly. We had no complaints at all.

We had an amazing stay at Jake's Place. It was perfect for me an my husband to get away. We enjoyed visiting the town then coming back and relaxing. Listening to the soft patter of the rain on the roof was like our sound machine at home, only better. Would highly recommend for a couple who want to spend time together away from the craziness of working at home.
