We enjoyed visiting the lake and state park. We had planned to do a few more things but the weather was not cooperative. We enjoyed gifts shops (Janets treasure chest and Mountain Fork), Shuck Me and Grateful Head Pizza were both excellent restaurants! We will definitely be returning! The cabin was easy to book, communication was excellent. Received several emails prior to stay with instructions and a phone call on day of arrival informing us the cabin was ready if we wanted to check in early. Greatly appreciated! The cabin was charming, immaculate, and well decorated. We had all we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the window in the kitchen overlooking the forest.

Hike around, relax at our cabin and visit local shops/wineries. The house is always beautiful and clean, well decorated and comfortable- great stay every time!

We didn't do much in town because the cabin was so perfect and we were there to visit and catch up. We did make the 259 A/B loop for some sightseeing. We also made a quick stop into the HOCHAHUT with the cute CORN DOGS sign and grabbed a quick snack. The people were friendly and someone came out and thanked us for coming by. They had so many different flavored mustards and sauces, it was hard to pick.

The hot tub, fire places and the bathroom. Loved everything about this cabin!

Good question. Weather wasnt great but we did make it to the Park. Very helpful. We had an issue with the code to get in. They responded right away and were very helpful. Very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nicely appointed kitchen.

Just hanging out and going on walks and enjoying nature. Having restaurants close by and so many choices to shop and get groceries is wonderful. We try to go 2 times a year to enjoy Hochatown, the friendly people here, and the amazing cabins offered by Sweetwater Cabins. Property Management is so helpful and accommodating. Top Rate!!!!

Visit the State Park. And new casino has some nice amenities attached to it. The petting zoo is popular with the kids. And the food options are nice in the town.. Sweetwater Cabins did a good job of communicating and quickly responded to our questions. We had a little issue the first night (when we accidentally locked an inside bedroom door) and someone came quickly to fix it.

Nothing! We love coming here to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. Communication was great from start to finish. Instructions were clear and simple. I would absolutely recommend working with sweetwater cabins. Cabin was beautifully decorated to fit the Moroccan theme. It was very appealing and yet cozy still. Cabin was clean and it was the first cabin with organized their kitchen dishes and supplies with sense for us. Everything was easy to find!

Grateful Dead pizza and wings. The distillery and breweries. The Freckled Fox is in a lovely private setting surrounded by pine trees. Living in the Dallas area this was a huge plus for us. The cabin itself is appointed nicely with artwork and designer detail to every room. The outdoor space is magnificent!

The Maze, Beaver's Bend Safari, Chili Dippers mini golf, and every restaurant we tried. Sweetwater Cabins has been prompt in replying and most helpful to answer inquiries. Also, arrival instructions arrived in plenty of time to make preparations for downloading or printing out in case WIFI were to be limited--most appreciated.

Got married! It was perfect!

Ladies in our group went to Girls Gone Wine and enjoyed that. A trip to Mountain Fork Brewery after hiking is a must! Tried Rugaroo Swincars this trip and enjoyed them also. Second time at this great cabin! Our family loves it there and looks forward to returning as soon as we leave.

Hiking Sweetwater cabins notified me beforehand if there was an issue with something. I also email them during our stay and their response was very quick! The cabin was amazing! We were the first guests to ever stay in it and every detail was beautiful! It fit many families comfortably.

We had 7 adults and 7 children and this cabin still was not full! There was plenty of room for us all and was a fantastic cabin for our stay. I would stay here again with a large group!!!

NA - we stayed at the cabin the 95% of the time except for driving through Hochatown. Communication and information was great. Cabin was exactly as I was hoping it was. Check in and check out was a breeze!
